By accessing or using Task22 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Task22 is a cloud-based team and project management platform that allows organizations to manage tasks, projects, workflows, expenses, and team collaboration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Task22 offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We use PayPal to process payments. By subscribing, you also agree to PayPal's terms of service.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Task22 a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide advance notice where possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain your data for a limited period after termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
